How information is used We use these details to manage and respond to your request, arrange your visit and prevent duplicate or excessive submissions. If you contact us about coffee beans by email or phone, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry and discuss your order. This website does not collect payment-card details or process online payments.

Storage and service providers Workshop requests are stored in the website’s database and are accessible through its restricted administration area. The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure to host pages, store content and operate the service. These providers may process technical information needed for delivery, security and operation, including request and connection data. Provider processing may take place outside Vietnam.

Browser storage and external links The site saves your language choice in your browser’s local storage. You can remove this preference by clearing site data. Hosting and sign-in services may use their own necessary cookies or storage. Links to Google, Facebook and Instagram take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. Email and phone links open the corresponding application on your device.

Retention and requests Contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further contact about an enquiry.
